By awakening the notes slumbering in the cracks between the piano keys, these two incongruous beings with their large, papier-mâché faces will give you an auditory experience comparable to the delicious, throbbing tightness that precedes a heart attack.

With their Dada-Pythagoras-Cubist rock mantra, the mischievous Poitrine brothers invite you to lose yourself in a vortex of hypnotic sonic and visual motifs. Seemingly asymmetrical and dissonant, the music of these two large-faced individuals surprisingly compels you to dance. Once you're settled onto solid drum grooves, the complex interweavings of microtonal guitars take on a festive air, all within a typically rock'n'roll exuberance. Angine de Poitrine is an anonymous artistic project. Any information or speculation regarding the identity of its members is unconfirmed and has not received any official validation from the group.
