Transition II is a scheduled studio release from Lunatic Soul, the progressive rock/folk solo project of Riverside frontman Mariusz Duda. Set for official release on June 26, 2026, the album serves as a thematic bridge between the project's darker cyclical works and a brighter future musical direction.
The release centers around the track "Transition II," which originally appeared as a 28-minute epic on the limited-edition bonus disc of the 2020 album Through Shaded Woods. Because its initial length prevented it from fitting onto a single side of vinyl, Mariusz Duda carefully reshaped and condensed the piece into a new 23-minute suite for this 2026 release.
