Originally sold with houseplants in 1976, Mort Garson’s Plantasia is a cult-classic Moog synthesizer album subtitled "warm earth music for plants... and the people that love them." After a career scoring for pop icons and the 1969 moon landing, Garson shifted entirely to electronic music, inspired by his wife's love of gardening. Though overlooked upon its initial release, the newly reissued album has sparked a 21st-century renaissance for his pioneering ambient work.
