The Kiss of Death (20th Anniversary Edition) 2CD expanded set by the legendary rock band Motörhead is scheduled for global release on July 3, 2026, via BMG.
Originally released in August 2006, Kiss of Death is Motörhead’s 18th studio album. It captures the classic power-trio lineup of Lemmy Kilmister, Mikkey Dee, and guitarist Phil Campbell performing at peak, relentless velocity. The record picks up the blistering, heavy sonic momentum of its predecessor Inferno, delivering some of the most aggressive and emotionally transparent material of the band's later era. The album features high-profile guest contributions from Mike Inez (Alice in Chains) on "Under the Gun" and C.C. DeVille (Poison) on "God Was Never on Your Side". This 20th Anniversary reissue has been newly half-speed mastered from the original audio tapes and is packaged with updated liner notes by Classic Rock’s Dave Ling, which also serve as a tribute to the legacy of Phil Campbell.
