"Same Old Way" is the 24th studio album and the first complete collection of new material from country music legend Randy Travis in over 18 years, set for release on November 13, 2026 via Warner Records Nashville.
Following his severe stroke in 2013—which largely sidelined his singing voice—Travis had previously experimented with AI-assisted singles like "Where That Came From". However, Same Old Way features authentic, real pre-stroke vocals recorded by Travis between 1986 and 2013 that were previously locked away in the archives.
Longtime producer and friend Kyle Lehning uncovered the sessions, assembling, remixing, and remastering the 12 original tracks closely with Travis and his wife, Mary.
The release arrives as Travis celebrates the 40th anniversary of his multi-Platinum debut breakthrough album, Storms of Life (1986).
