ΚΕΦΑΛΗΞΘ (Psalm 69), originally released on July 14, 1992, is Ministry's fifth and best-selling studio album, blending aggressive guitar riffs with industrial sounds. It received critical acclaim for its innovative and politically charged content and peaked at number 27 on the Billboard 200 chart. This specific UPC is for a 2LP, 180g vinyl expanded edition released on October 24, 2025, which includes the original album plus seven bonus tracks/remixes.
