California is the third and final studio album by the experimental rock band Mr. Bungle, originally released in 1999. It is often described as a more melodic, structured, and accessible record compared to their previous highly experimental and challenging works, Mr. Bungle and Disco Volante. The album incorporates elements of pop, surf rock, avant-garde, and a variety of world music styles, showcasing the band's eclectic and unique sound.
The special remastered, 2LP vinyl reissue on translucent ruby red vinyl, released as part of Rhino Records' "Rocktober 2025" campaign.
