Brooklyn, NY singer/songwriter, Alex Nackman, has run the gamut in music as a producer, writer, and touring artist for the better part of 18 years. He has 7 albums under his belt and hundreds of tour dates between L.A. and London and most spots in between. Lauded by BBC Music in London for his "acoustic-fired gems," Nackman now has a re-release of his acclaimed 2017 album, "Above Sirens." In its first physical format (the original release was digital-only), "Above Sirens" has been meticulously re-mastered and re-cut by vinyl and lathe guru Scott Hull (Bruce Springsteen/John Mayer) and arrives on a formidable 180g jetblack disc. It's a fitting treatment for an album that had tracks land on HBO, Showtime, and other cinematic mediums upon first release. The album itself, sonically reminiscent of Oasis, MGMT, Snow Patrol, and other early 2000's moody alt-rock laced with modern indie-pop production, explores one's attempt to rise above the constant noise and find a place to simply call home.
