Ariane Moffatt's surprise album, Airs de Jeux, was released on March 24, 2025, after being announced by the artist on the show Star Académie. The album is defined by a desire for lightness and has been compared to her work on Tous les sens (2008) but with a fresh twist and contemporary production.
Airs de Jeux was released under the Simone Records label. The album came from a desire to experiment and reject the usual conventions of the music industry. Departing from a long and thoughtful process, Moffatt wanted to return to a more spontaneous and playful approach. The album stands out for its energetic and catchy synth-pop sound while retaining the sensitivity and rich melodies characteristic of Ariane Moffatt.
