Limited Translucent Violet Vinyl Reissue

The 1970 self-titled album by Bandolero is a rare artifact of Puerto Rican psychedelic rock, reissued on a limited run of Translucent Violet Vinyl. Originally released on the short-lived Truth Records label, Bandolero is celebrated as one of the rawest examples of the Puerto Rican psychedelic underground. The album blends "stateside downer-psych" influences like Vanilla Fudge and Iron Butterfly with rhythmic elements of early Latin rock. It features a combination of heavy fuzz guitar, swirling organ, and driving Latin percussion.

This edition marks a return to print for an album that has been elusive to collectors for decades.
