My Reckless Abandon is the debut studio album by American singer-songwriter Bella Kay. It was digitally released on digitally July 12, 2026, through an exclusive license with the Atlantic Music Group.

Bella Kay's music is characterized by brutal honesty and a willingness to confront complex, often painful emotional dynamics, as seen in her viral 2025 debut single “The Sick” and the track "iloveitiloveitiloveit". Her debut album, My Reckless Abandon, expands on these candid confessions, exploring the blurred lines of friendship and romance in tracks like “Blur” and “Promise?”, and direct desires in “swu”. The album ultimately charts her emotional growth and realization of self-worth on the closing track “i deserve better”.
