10th Anniversary Edition of the album It's Immaterial by the American indie/synth-pop project Black Marble. This special reissue is scheduled for release on February 20, 2026, through the Ghostly International label.
Originally released in 2016, It's Immaterial marked a shift for artist Chris Stewart as he relocated from Brooklyn to Los Angeles. The album is characterized by a "warmer, more melodic" evolution of his signature coldwave and synth-pop sound. Driven by analog synths, pulsing basslines, and Stewart’s distinctive baritone vocals, the record explores themes of isolation, longing, and quiet resilience.
