April 19th 2024. ‘The Right Stuff’ evolved from a collaboration with guitarist, Johnny Marr. Based on Marr’s ‘Money Changes Everything’, written for The Smiths, the track evolved into a slice of sophisticated dancefloor action and, for the clubs, spawned 12”, dub and ‘Brooklyn’ mixes of the track. Whilst staying true to the original’s spirit of uptown cool, the slow-burning Johnson Somerset Remix unravels and extends ‘The Right Stuff’ into a smouldering, atmospheric triumph.
