(LP) Graveyard - Fever (Oxblood Vinyl)

Fever is the upcoming seventh studio album by the acclaimed Swedish classic rock band Graveyard. Scheduled for global release via Nuclear Blast Records on Friday, October 9, 2026, it marks the band's first new music in three years.

 

Arriving three years after the dreamlike, atmospheric gloom of their 2023 album 6, Fever sees the Gothenburg quartette intentionally stepping out of the shadows with a far more direct, aggressive, and distortion-soaked sound. The band bypassed using an outside producer for this effort, tracking the material with a straight-to-the-point mindset focused on raw energy.

The album was mixed by legendary producer Pelle Gunnerfeldt—widely celebrated for capturing the ferocious rock energy of bands like The Hives, Refused, and Viagra Boys. Despite the heavier, more driven edge, Fever still retains the deeply organic, blues-infused soul that first put Graveyard on the map during their Hisingen Blues era. The album’s vivid, highly expressive cover art was hand-painted by renowned Dutch artist Maarten Donders, known for his extensive poster and vinyl design work for the Roadburn Festival.
