An Eraser and a Maze is the upcoming studio album from American indie rock band Modest Mouse, scheduled for release on June 5, 2026. It marks the band's first new full-length record since 2021's The Golden Casket. The album's sound strips back to the "jagged chaos" of their early 1990s material, layering raw, interlocking guitar riffs over intense, militaristic drumming patterns.
