Standard Black LP + 7" Vinyl Edition
The reissue of the album What Ngc-4594 Really Means presents the lost recordings of the obscure 1960s psychedelic rock band NGC-4594. The band, named after the Sombrero Galaxy, released only one single during its brief existence in 1967, relocating to New York and gaining a reputation in the psychedelic scene before vanishing. A psych music researcher eventually rediscovered their full unissued album from the vault which showcases their blend of West Coast and acid-rock sounds, influenced by the burgeoning counterculture of the mid-1960s. The repress from Guerssen Records in November 2025 revives these recordings, which for decades existed only as a rumored "great lost album".
