The Extreme Deformity EP by Austrian death metal band Pungent Stench was originally released in September 1989 on Nuclear Blast Records. The three tracks were initially planned for a demo tape but were released on a 7-inch vinyl instead. The EP is considered a classic of brutal, primitive death metal.
