I Think I Spoke Too Soon is the upcoming second studio album by English singer-songwriter Rachel Chinouriri, scheduled for release on October 16, 2026, through Parlophone Records.
Serving as the follow-up to her acclaimed 2024 debut What a Devastating Turn of Events, the record is a deeply autobiographical account of her life between the ages of 22 and 27. Chinouriri has described the album's thematic shift as coming-of-age realization: "In my early 20s, I was so self-assured of who I was, then my frontal lobe hit and I went: 'Nah, I'm actually not that person.'"
