Recorded in London with long-time producer Martin Terefe, the album is inspired by the "hangover" Sexsmith feels from the COVID-19 pandemic and the personal loss and strained relationships that followed. The 18th studio album of his career features 14 tracks that explore a variety of contemporary and timeless themes.
