The 50th-anniversary, half-speed mastered reissue of Supertramp's 1974 album, Crime of the Century.
Crime of the Century was Supertramp's third album and their major breakthrough, marking their first appearance on the UK and U.S. album charts. The 50th-anniversary reissue was released on August 29, 2025, and was overseen by the band and co-producer Ken Scott. The half-speed remastering by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios was done from the original master tapes, which gives the 180-gram vinyl pressing a higher degree of detail and clarity.
