Reissue of L.A. Woman by The Doors. It is part of the Rhino High Fidelity series and features an all-analog-cut master by Kevin Gray.
The original album, released in 1971, is the final one recorded with lead singer Jim Morrison during his lifetime. It marked a deliberate return to the band's blues rock roots and was recorded in their rehearsal space rather than a studio. The album is known for its raw, stripped-down sound and standout tracks like "L.A. Woman," "Love Her Madly," and the iconic "Riders on the Storm". The Rhino High Fidelity reissue is pressed on 180-gram vinyl and housed in a deluxe gatefold jacket.
