The band recorded the album in just 36 hours of studio time, capturing a powerful and raw sound that set them apart from their contemporaries. The record showcases the band's distinctive style, blending blues-infused rock with heavy, psychedelic elements. The Rhino High Fidelity reissue is pressed on 180-gram vinyl and includes an all-analog master sourced directly from the original tapes. The reissue also features a deluxe gatefold jacket.
