Vinyl Reissue
The Young Lions was originally released in 1961 on Vee-Jay Records and features Wayne Shorter, Frank Strozier, Lee Morgan, Bobby Timmons, Bob Cranshaw, Albert Heath and Louis Hayes. The album contains 5 original cuts by Shorter, Timmons and Morgan. This new edition of the album is released as part of the OJC Series on 180-gram vinyl pressed at RTI with all-analog mastering from the original tapes at Cohearent Audio and a Stoughton Tip-On Jacket.
