Indie Exclusive 2LP
Crown In The Grave is the eleventh studio album by heavy metal titans Trivium, scheduled for release on November 20, 2026, through Roadrunner Records. The album marks a monumental return for the Florida band, following their co-headlining anniversary tour with Bullet For My Valentine and high-profile festival appearances.
Sonically, the record builds upon the band's signature blend of crushing heaviness and technical firepower while charting fresh artistic territory. It captures an aggressive yet highly atmospheric energy, heavily drawing structural and aesthetic inspiration from Akira Kurosawa’s cinematic classic Throne of Blood and classic Japanese cinema. Thematically, the album explores a darker, ghostly world centered around fate, unchecked ambition, and tragic downfall. Musically, it channels the massive riffs and towering choruses reminiscent of legendary '90s metal albums, framing a confident rebirth for the quartet.
