The 11-track record serves as the follow-up to their 2024 album, Where's My Utopia? It marks a major milestone for the Leeds post-punk quartet, as it is the very first album they wrote and recorded together as a live band in the same room, moving away from what frontman James Smith described as their past "laptop records".

The album was produced alongside Justin Meldal-Johnsen (known for his work with Beck, St. Vincent, and Nine Inch Nails) across sessions in Leeds and Los Angeles. Conceptually, the album targets modern disillusionment, individual isolation, and the breakdown of a shared social reality. Musically, it juxtaposes these heavy, cynical themes with some of the band's most collaborative, high-energy, and dynamic arrangements yet, shifting seamlessly between ferocious dance-punk, disco-inflected grooves, and biting social commentary.

Track list:

1. Empty Pledges
2. New Beginnings
3. Tall Tales
4. Fiction
5. You're Gonna Need A Little Music
6. Cherophobe Rock
7. Thrill Of The Chase
8. Janey Said
9. Redeemer
10. Talky Talky People
11. Over The Barrel
