(LP) Souls Of Mischief - 93 'Til Infinity

93 'til Infinity is the debut studio album by American hip-hop group Souls of Mischief, released on September 28, 1993, through Jive Records. As prominent members of the Oakland-based Hieroglyphics collective, Souls of Mischief delivered a West Coast classic that stood in stark contrast to the dominant gangsta rap era of the time. The album is celebrated for its bright, jazz-heavy production, utilizing smooth basslines and obscure samples from artists like Billy Cobham and Grover Washington Jr. Lyrically, the four group members showcase intricate, fast-paced rhyme schemes and seamless tag-team chemistry. The title track, "93 'til Infinity," remains one of the most beloved and enduring anthems in underground hip-hop history.
